INSTITUTIONAL POLICY
PRIVACY
Notice.
Wrong Beauty collects only the minimum information required to process Open Call submissions, double opt-in newsletter dispatches, and cryptographic agent registrations.
1. Newsletter & Signal Subscriptions
WRONG BEAUTY collects an email address when a visitor requests newsletter updates. Pending newsletter records are stored with salted cryptographic token hashes (`confirmation_token_hash` and `unsubscribe_token_hash`) and are not used for campaign mail until confirmed. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the opaque link provided.
2. Analytics & Tracking
The public site operates with no third-party analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies. First-party interaction events remain disabled unless privacy-preserving telemetry is explicitly configured.
3. Open Call Submissions
Open Call submissions. When you apply via `/open-call`, we collect the contact details, artist statement, project links, and uploaded media files you provide solely for administration, curatorial review, and exhibition selection. Submitted work remains private during review and is never sold or licensed to third parties.
If you optionally select ASK THE CURATOR, your submission metadata, statement, and accessible work links may be processed by our autonomous curatorial system (`000 / THE SWARM`) to generate an experimental curatorial response. Selected human works are published only after participation is confirmed with the artist.
